2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case No. 12 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 8, 20(b), (ii) (B) of N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per allegation, the informant along with other police party reached the house of the petitioners to conduct raid. Seeing the police party, the petitioners tried to flee away but were apprehended. During course of search, 3kg 162 grams of ganja was recovered from their house.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46560 of 2024(2) dt.09-07-2024 2/2 this case. No incriminating material was recovered from their possession. He has submitted further that the alleged ganja was less than commercial quantity. During course of investigation, no evidence emerged against the petitioners.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail after one month from today on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge, Saharsa in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case No. 12 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
