JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 304B of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law respectively of the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted, drawing my attention to the first information report, that there is no specific allegation of demand of dowry against these petitioners prior to death of deceased though there is such allegation against the husband of deceased. He has submitted that no offence under section 304B of the IPC is made out so far the petitioners are concerned.
