The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 427, 504 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged by the informant that the informant was making local survey of the houses, affected in flood, then the petitioner pressurized to include his and his family members name in the beneficiary list.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation, let the above
