Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Tikari PS Case No.39 of 2018, registered under Sections 109, 170 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 8/12 of the PC Act.

Allegation in brief is that one person was apprehended by the police under the Excise Act and the petitioner is said to have made an attempt to bribe the SHO.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a friend of Pintu Choudhary and had gone to meet him but apprehended by the police, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.02.2018. Having considered the aforesaid facts and
