2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Panchanpur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2026 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2022.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 15 liters of illicit liquor from the petitioner.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner, who is a widow lady, is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the quantum of recovery and the fact that the petitioner is a widow lady, this application is

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court below in connection with Panchanpur P.S.
