JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-307, 302 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 1311-2015 but it is the case of the informant that it was co-accused, Rajesh Kumar, who gave dagger blows to the deceased and so far as petitioner is concerned; he was only a member of unlawful assembly.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
