JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 512/2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 379, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding accused persons having intercepted a vehicle and thereafter a sum of rupees 4 lakhs approximately is said to have been looted. Admittedly, in the present case the petitioner has been remanded after being arrested in another case bearing Town P.S. Case No. 515 of 2017. It is submitted that barring the said case and the present case, the petitioner is having a fair antecedent and is languishing in custody 15.09.2017.

No.26848 of 2018 (3) dt.30-05-2018 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge 9th cum Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 512 of 2017.
