The petitioner seeks bail in Sherghati P.S. Case No. 329/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461 and 379 other sections of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The police arrested the petitioner and he is said to have confessed his guilt. Save and except confession of the petitioner that too before the police, there is no other tangible material against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 31.10.2016. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial
