JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is ready for restoration of matrimonial life.
Submission is that the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in this case. However, within time the petitioner could not furnish bail-bond and subsequent prayer for extension of time was refused. Hence, the petitioner surrendered and is in custody.

No.16853 of 2017 (2) dt.11-04-2017 2/2 Considering the submission, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharshariff/Successor Court, in connection with Complaint Case No.209C of 2005. The learned Court-below shall take steps for reconciliation between the parties.
