Petitioner seeks bail in Kudhani P.S. Case No.395 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379, 411, 401 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been arrested at the spot. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from his possession. Name of the petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused, Manish Kumar, who was apprehended on the spot along with two others, namely, Rahul Kumar and Gautam Singh.

Petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2019 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, West, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kudhani P.S.
