The Petitioner seeks bail in Nautan P.S. Case No. 107 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 18 litres of country made liquor and 10 litres of foreign liquor as mentioned in the seizure list was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. It has been submitted that petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2016.

Keeping in view the period spent in custody by the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed.
