Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Counsel for the State.

Petitioners, already in custody seek bail in Gardanibagh PS Case No. 52 of 2018, registered under Sections 417 and 420 of the IPC.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25156 of 2018 (3) dt.23-05-2018 Learned Counsel for the petitioners seek bail on the ground of parity as other co-accused persons of this case have been admitted to bail by this Court as well as by the coordinate Benches of this Court.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners namely Jai Kishan Kumar and Aarju Kumar @ Arju Kumar @ Arzoo Kumar are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM -cumSub Judge XIVth, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh PS Case No. 52 of 2018.
