2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, these petitioners along with one other F.I.R. named accused person assaulted informant and his son by means of iron rod as a result of which both of them sustained injury. Doctor has found grievous injury.

4. Considering the grievous nature of injury, prayer
