The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Meenapur P.S.Case No. 23 of 2017 registered under Section 365/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that son of the informant had been taken away by the son of this petitioner to some other place for employment but thereafter he is missing.

Submission is that there is no specific allegation against this petitioner, who resides in the same village and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in particular, specific allegation against the son of the petitioner and not against this petitioner, the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46767 of 2017 (2) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 namely, Nand Kishore Singh, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Muzaffarpur in connection with Meenapur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017.
