The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 795 of 2018 corresponding to Akbar Nagar P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and specific allegation is attributed to him rather the specific allegation is attributed to the co-accused Sanjay and Sujeet Paswan. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since16.07.2018.
