The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No.238 of 2021 for offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and 37© of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

In view of the fact that there is no recovery from possession of the petitioner and co-accused namely, Altaf Alam was found in drunken condition with arms, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
