This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 275 of 2023 registered under section 147, 148 149 188 153(A), 341, 342 436 504 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of Arms Act and later on under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code on 06.05.2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is said to have misbehaved with the police. Petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2023 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for
