Considering the nature of the allegation as well as submissions of the parties, again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and his prayer for bail in connection with Sursand P.S. case no. 47/2015 pending in the court of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupari at Sitamarhi stands rejected.
