The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioners in the present writ application.

"1 That this petition is directed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of certiorari for quashing the office order contained in Letter No. 578 dated 27.08.2014 issued from the office

Patna High Court CWJC No.21986 of 2014 (2) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 of the Secretary, Block Teacher Employment Unit, Tarari, Bhojpur, through Letter No.

dated 11.07.2014 and Letter No. 2622 dated 24.07.2014 issued from the office of District Programme Officer (Establishment), Bhojpur at Ara, whereby and whereunder the petitioners have been removed/terminated from their services from the post of Block Teacher, on the allegation that the certificates of these petitioners are alleged to be forged after laps of four years their services, further directions to the respondents to reinstate the service of the petitioners on their post from the date of their initial appointment in their retrospective Schools and pay the arrear of salary and further directed to the respondents to confirm their services with all consequential benefits to the petitioners"

Considering the reliefs as sought for by the petitioners in the present writ application, the petitioners are directed to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Bhojpur at Ara, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law, within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
