Patna High Court LPA No.2039 of 2011 (9) dt.10-10-2017 2/2 UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 10-10-2017 In view of certain decisions rendered by the Court of competent jurisdiction declaring the title of the land in question in favour of appellant's father in Title Appeal No. 56 of 2009, now this appeal has been rendered infructuous and the appellant is entitled to claim benefit if any under law on the basis of the aforesaid declaration of title in favour of his father by resorting to such procedure as permissible in law.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
