The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 322 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the unknown accused persons is of taking away the truck after injuring the driver of the truck. The petitioner's name has transpired in the self inculpatory statement of co-accused Nand Kishore Rai and Raja Kumar @
