Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 341, 342 and 34 of the IPC and section 27 of Arms Act.

As per FIR, the petitioner along with one unknown person dragged the informant from motorcycle and caused fire arm injury.

Considering the fact that the petitioner caused fire arm injury that the petitioner caused fire arm injury, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused with direction to the petitioner to surrender and seek regular bail, which would be disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
