ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of nondischarge dated 31.3.2009 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Buxar in G.R. No. 885 of 1997, Trial No. 795 of 2008 arising out of Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 139 of 1997.

Having gone through the records of the case, I do not find any merit in the application, the same is dismissed. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the Trial for which reason, he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order in connection with G.R. No. 885 of 1997, Trial No. 795 of 2008 to the Superintendent of Police, Buxar, and the Superintendent of Police, Buxar, is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29869 of 2009 dt.09-03-2015 2/2 the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
