This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 28.08.2014 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Bhabhua, in Cr. Revision No.12 of 2013 as well as order dated 02.01.2013 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bhabua, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50424 of 2014 (5) dt.03-01-2018 2/2 Case No.65 of 2012 in a proceeding under Section 144 Cr. P. C. by which learned Magistrate had dropped the proceeding and refused to convert it into a proceeding under Section 145 Cr. P. C.

This Court after looking into both the orders does not find any illegality in the same.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
