Admittedly, a sum of Rs. 29 lacs an odd has stood paid during the interregnum period and almost all the grievances of the petitioner have stood redressed except with regard to payment of the outstanding amount of pension for the gap period starting from 13.02.2006 to 30.09.2006, for which, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that
