2. The petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2016 in connection with alleged offence under Sections 413, 414 and 401 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Khutauna P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case only because of being caught fleeing away with Ranjit Yadav, on whose confessional statement recovery was made from other persons but no recovery has been made from the petitioner

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations as well as criminal antecedents of the petitioner which disclose that the petitioner has been made accused in a number of similar offences,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27264 of 2016 (3) dt.12-07-2016 2/2 this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed.
