2. The application has been filed seeking transfer of Divorce Case No. 102 of 2018 filed by the opposite party, who is her husband, from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, East Champaran at Motihari to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, West Champaran at Bettiah.

3. Earlier, the petitioner had filed MJC No. 4841 of 2018 for the same relief which was disposed off by order dated 29.04.2019.

4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application.

5. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel

Patna High Court MJC No.2226 of 2019(2) dt.26-08-2019 2/2 for the petitioner, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn.
