Narasimha Reddy and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Gopal Prasad of this Hon'ble Court and also for a direction to the respondent authorities for granting appropriate scale of pay to the petitioner likewise other similarly situated dealers and Assistant dealers in the departments of the State Government and also not to discriminate the petitioner in the light of payment of his salary based on the principle of "Equal Pay for Equal Work"."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.6, i.e. the Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Sheikhpura, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent no.6 shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a
