Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 461/379 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that stolen articles were recovered from the house of the petitioner and petitioner carries criminal antecedent of similar nature, I am not inclined to release him on bail. Hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No.59 of 2012 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra.

However, learned trial court is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28663 of 2016 (2) dt.19-07-2016 2/2 expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same as earlier as possible.
