The petitioner seeks bail in DBG/SMI/GRP P.S. Case No. 110 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370, 374, 177 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 79 of the J.J. Act, 2015.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no child was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Eleven children were found on the platform no. 2 and they were going to different places to earn their livelihood. The petitioner was going to the place of his relative but he was apprehended. The petitioner is in jail since 17.12.2016.
Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12591 of 2017 (2) dt.11-04-2017 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Rail), Samastipur in DBG/SMI/GRP P.S. Case No. 110 of 2016. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
