ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sahkund P. S. Case no. 37 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 384, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the present case the petitioners have falsely been implicated. Earlier also the informant of the present case filed a case against the petitioners and others and made them accused. Considering the nature of allegation and that the injuries are found to be simple in nature, let petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to
