This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 30, 37, 98 and 41 of the Bihar Excise Act.

About fourteen liters of english wine from the joint family house of this petitioner was recovered. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no such type of case and is in custody since 06.03.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Geriyak P.S. Case No. 74 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, or successor Court on completion of three months in custody.
