JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 03-09-2019 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to pursue the statutory remedy whatsoever available to him in terms of the provisions of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993.

Learned counsel for the Bank has no objection to that extent.

Writ application as well as the Interlocutory Application are thus disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.12292 of 2019(2) dt.03-09-2019 2/2 to avail his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. If any such remedy is applied for and a question of limitation arises for consideration the same will be considered keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner before this Court in the present proceeding.
