2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S.Case No.936 of 2025,FIR dated 25.12.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 74, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of BNS.

3. Specific allegation against the petitioner is that she assaulted the blind son of informant by lathi which caused grievous injury on his left hand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent. The allegation as alleged in the FIR is false and fabricated and the petitioner has not committed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38689 of 2026(2) dt.02-07-2026 2/2 any offence as alleged in the FIR and petitioner has been made accused in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the petitioner and other co-accused persons have assaulted to the son of the informant, who is blind, and he has received the injury and injury inflicted upon the injured person (blind son of the informant) is grievous in nature and co-accused person, namely, Arun Mandal, who has assaulted alongwith the petitioner, has been has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 08.04.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No.22794 of 2026.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Amarpur P.S.Case No.936 of 2025 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka or Successor Court.

7. Prayer is refused.
