The present application for extension of time has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30999 of 2014 by which this Court had directed the petitioner to surrender before the Court below within a period of two weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to unavoidable circumstances, petitioner could not surrender within the time fixed, as he had gone out of station in connection with treatment and could not contact his lawyer.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the time fixed by order dated 20.01.2015 be extended by further period of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24065 of 2015 (2) dt.21-05-2015 2/2 three weeks from today.

However, it is made clear that if the petitioner does not surrender within the time fixed, the order dated 20.01.2015 stands recalled.
