2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 17 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners are accused of stealing motorcycle and are in jail since 13.01.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sikarhana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 17 of 2024.

7. The petitioners will also mark attendance in Shikarganj Police Station, East Champaran on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
