It is an admitted position that Rs. 1,43,812/- towards Gratuity and Rs. 84,760/- towards Leave Encashment have already been paid to the petitioner but the grievance of the petitioner is that the University has not calculated the dues amount properly and according to calculation chart of the petitioner annexed at Annexure-2, the petitioner is entitled for payment of Gratuity

Patna High Court MJC No.4814 of 2014 (6) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 amount to the tune of Rs. 1,56,302/- and according to Annexure2/1, petitioner is entitled for payment of Earned Leave amount to the tune of Rs. 92,330/- In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this petition stands disposed of giving liberty to petitioner to raise the aforesaid grievance before the opposite party no. 4 within a month from today and if he does so, the opposite party no. 4 shall decide the aforesaid grievance by passing reasoned order and if the grievance of the petitioner is found genuine, the remaining payment shall be made to the petitioner within a month from the date of raising his grievance before the opposite party no. 4.
