2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Trial No. 16 of 2023 arising out of Pipra P.S. Case No. 362 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4, 6 and 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and others are said to have committed rape upon the victim girl.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and all the witnesses have turned hostile. He also submits that the trial is on the verge of conclusion.

5. Even if the witnesses have turned hostile, considering the age of the victim girl, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
