Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No. 56 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion due to local village politics. During investigation nothing has come against these petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal history. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
