Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is not a case under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code, rather it is a case under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and the marriage between the petitioner and the deceased had taken place in 2006. Learned counsel further submits that in between these 14-15 years no complaint was ever made. It appears that the deceased committed suicide but the informant falsely implicated the petitioner by alleging that the deceased was

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 136 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti.
