JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 46 bottles, each containing 300 ml., and 44 bottles, each containing 180 ml., of Nepali Saufi Wine, were recovered beneath the seat and petitioner as well as one F.I.R. named coaccused were found sitting on the aforesaid seat. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Railway, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Raxaul Rail P.S.Case No. 08 of 2016.
