JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 20.1.2018 seeks bail in Bakhtiyarpur PS Case No. 447 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 447, 325 and 307/34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that due to land dispute father of the petitioner and the petitioner himself assaulted the informant with iron rod, but that was snatched away by the informant, however injury was caused on his shoulder and hand causing fracture. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is land dispute between both sides, the petitioner is own nephew of the informant, the injuries are not on vital part of the body and he is in custody since 20.1.2018 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pankaj Kumar @ Pankaj Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM Barh, Patna in connection with Bakhtiyarpur PS Case No. 447 of 2017.
