Petitioner apprehend arrest in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 189 of 2021 registered for the offence under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. There is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
