JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under sections 366(A), 372/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that the main allegation is against accused Amar Kumar Karmkar with whom the informant's daughter Khushbun Nisha was in friendly relation. The allegation against the petitioner is that he also abused the informant's elder daughter when she came to him to enquire about her daughter Khushbun Nisha.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Varun Kumar Chaudhary is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest/surrender, in connection with Balrampur (Telta) P.S. Case No.94 of 2014 on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49732 of 2014 (3) dt.01-07-2015 furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.
