The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/376/511/307 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner made an attempt to ravish the informant and pierced 'danda' in her mouth. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that simply bruises of marginal injury was found on left side of oral cavity which suggests at best offence under section 325 IPC is made out. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail. Let the learned Court

No.27259 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No.69 of 2014, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
