JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and admittedly, petitioner and informant are co-villagers. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged occurrence took place on 6.03.2015 and after eight months of the aforesaid occurrence, all of a sudden, one witness came before the police and claimed that it was petitioner, who shot fire on the injured of the present case.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-
