Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nath Nagar P.S. Case No. 163 of 2004 registered for the offence punishable under sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. In the alleged hurling of bomb, no one has sustained any injury. Petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2018. Moreover, charge has already been framed in this case on 23.04.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38136 of 2019(3) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge VII, Bhagalpur in connection with Nath Nagar P.S. Case No. 163 of 2004 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 697 of 2018.
