Mr. Sri Lalan Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-07-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bikram P.S.Case No. 254 of 2017 registered under Sections 366A of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that while informant's daughter was returning from photostat shop on the way Ratan and his brother Mantu, the petitioner and their uncle kidnapped his daughter forcibly. The informant raised alarm but they escaped away. Submission is that it's a case of elopement and brother of the petitioner, Ratan has eloped with the girl and both are traceless and informant is not eye witness in the case though he claims to have seen the occurrence on 30.08.2017 but the case was instituted after lapse of three days i.e., on 03.09.2017. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Mantu Kumar, is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25272 of 2018(3) dt.09-07-2018 2/2 on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M- V, Danapur, in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 254 of 2017.
