JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jakkanpur Police Station Case No. 341 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Section 27(b) of Drug & Cosmetic Act and 7(1) of ESMA.

The drug inspector seized medicine which was Physician sample not for sale and the aforesaid medicine had been sent to petitioner, except the aforesaid material there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, this anticipatory petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
