The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 133 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the petitioner having killed his wife on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and is languishing in custody since 07.12.2017.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, there is no merit in the present case. Accordingly, the same is
